I am posting my most recent email here in hopes of a Official 11 years of Avengers signatures thank you for the memories shirt faster response because trying to get this resolved through other methods of communication since 7 26 have failed I have tried repeatedly for nearly a month to get this issue resolved to no avail I have tried calling numberous times but am always disconnected or told the company is experiencing high call volumes I have tried the live chat feature but am 50 in the wait I have two small children plus work full time I do not have time to sit online and wait for hours for someone to help me I would like a supervisors direct number to resolve this matter immediately this is ridiculous I have emailed to cancel my subscription multiple times not because I don t love the products simply because I already have a stockpile only to be told I do not have an active subscription clearly I do since I was charged 84 67 a few weeks ago and received a shipment last week I have given my email address phone number physical address no one can find my subscription for a company this size the customer service is seriously lacking and leaves much to be desired my previous emails have taken 72 hours to be answered it would be appreciated that this be taken care of in a much more timely fashion I m a huge fan of your products but the lack of professionalism and poor customer service are going to force me to start looking for product alternatives.
