Love to both of you. 45 years ago I lost my left kidney because of a very bad infection, In those days there wasn’t much doing with transplants, Dr. Debakey had recently made the first heart transplant in Texas. They botched my operation but eventually I was was running fine on my one good kidney and have been going strong for 45 years so far.

I just wanted you to know for sure that you can do fine on one good kidney, I did with no special attention to any health adjustments.
