I’ve been hacked for years, emails, texts, spam, social media, you name it. Its like sharing my life with some creepy person(s) who has taken a front seat and stuck there.  I reported three of them during the I’m Not Angry This Is Just My German Face T-Shirt past week who’ve sent friend requests. Heretofore, they were deleted almost instantly by FB and I’d receive confirmations.

The accounts are not only still there, but my reports haven’t even been acknowledged.  Playing a fraction of an artist’s song doesn’t stop them from eating… in fact it might help their sales. I’ve introduced many folks to music they’ve never heard before just by playing a slice of it in my I’m Not Angry This Is Just My German Face T-Shirt. They hear, it, like it, and probably even go out and purchase them.

Shelley Stark copying someone’s idea and capitalizing on it is an infringement. To consider it an infringement just because you’re playing someone’s music in the background is just dumb. It does not interfere with the artist’s ability to make a living… if anything it’s free advertisement and promotion for their I’m Not Angry This Is Just My German Face T-Shirt.
