I will never order from this company again I placed a Awesome I can’t stay at home i’m a nurse we fight when others can’t anymore shirt order on the 26th of september with 5 businessday shipping and I have yet to see my package ups also hasn’t received it the lable has been created yet not shipped to ups I have emailed them with no response I was on hold for over 25 minutes to talk to a supervisor all she could tell me was sorry for the inconveniences and wait 48 hours to see if they can find the package it was the worst costumer service I have ever experienced. I’m skipping mac and will only do nars from now on anyone that knows me well or even just knows me at all knows how much I love nordstrom after my experience having my makeup done at mac at southcenter mall in tukwila I have no plans of ever going back my 40th bday party was that night and I had an appointment at mac to get my eyes cheeks and lips done I got to the counter at 3 20 was informed my schedule artist would be with me shortly at 3 55 she decides to start I showed her an image of what I wanted and explained that time was running a little short since we were starting almost 30 minutes late she got the makeup and started working on my brows she almost tripled them in size showed me a pic and I asked her to just follow my natural brow 5 minutes later they were down to double the size I asked her again to just lightly fill them in showed her a pic of my natural brows and she proceeded to keep them at double the size I figured I would fix them when I get home her 4 00 showed up late and she stopped working on me to talk to her she then enlisted another artist for her 4 00 but felt obligated to find all the necessary makeup 15 minutes of this i’m almost an hour behind schedule with nothing on my face besides huge eyebrows she finally went to work and did the exact opposite of the photo she used no iip liner no under eye make up no blush or bronzer and employed no skill whatsoever an hour and 15 minutes after we were supposed to be done and one hour before I was to be picked up for my party she revealed this disaster this was the finished product I told her it didn’t look anything like what I was hoping for and would buy makeup remover only she looked at me said not one word and walked away I told the lady at the counter how upset I was my tears were also a dead giveaway and how I didn’t feel I should be charged for the fake eyelashes haphazardly applied or the makeup remover I would need she shrugged and said you look nice help this go viral worst experience of my life. I am a white female that usually has no desire to speak my mind or indulge in drama but I just have to say this is disgusting I hope faith is no longer employed with you and I hope you give those gorgeous women an excessive apology you should be ashamed of yourselves to put someone or something like that in your management it’s christmas time and I have no desire to shop anywhere near your stores thank you for your time
