I’m glad somebody else noticed, cause I tell my kids how great it was and they look at me like I grew a 3rd ear. McDonald’s Sweet and Sour sauce!!! If I’m eating shitty processed chicken, I’m eating it with a high fructose corn syrup amalgamation with spices thrown in!!! I’m gonna say BBQ but I’m honestly burnt out with it as adippingsauce…..I need to expand my horizons. I remember Burger Haus having the best. It kind of tastes like the Chick-fil-A sauce. I’m not sure I remember the Lunch Box’s though. I don’t but the best sauce ever is raising canes so look that up and make it and tell me if it is the same. Does anyone know the recipe for the sauce they used on the hamburgers at Big Charlies? I worked there for a few months after I graduated from high school.

It seems to me the sauce was tartar sauce. ( I could be wrong. That was a longtime ago) I remember that place my friends and I used to go there for lunch occasionally. The place I’m referring too was across from Sinclair by the hotel. I think it’s a laundry mat now? I loved the lunch box lost a dog there once when I was a kid always wondered what happened to her. She jumped out the window and we could never get her back she just kept running. Sorry I was only 3-4 so I don’t know the sauce though. One year ago today this fella ran away from home because of nugget dipping sauce. Jim learned his lesson and we now keep extras just in case. only the strips were marinated in pickle juice (plus a spice packet) which is the reason I don’t like the strips. Nuggets aren’t marinated, and taste much better for it. Sometimes I’m meal planning, flipping through cookbooks, and then I realize, hey, I have a blog FULL of recipes. Duh.
