And I wouldn’t blame them if they did. must be very hard on the men and women who have followed,filmed and documented this pride for so many years… good luck finding out what has poisoned them and possibly WHO. It was two of the local herdsmen! They killed one of their cattle & repeatedly doused it with poison to purposely kill the lions! they were supposedly arrested but i dont think anything actually happened to them! One day when I have kids this is the movie I will share with them. Best Disney movie ever by far!! Me too. This movie defines my childhood.

Fighting over who would use the lion king cup at dinner, videos of me as a kid singing the songs. Mufasas voice still sounding powerful in my head. If i sing the songs in my head i remember being a little kid. This movie is the biggest memory of my.childhood haha. My daughter’s first birthday party was done in all Lion King and we played the movie during her party. She got a baby Simba that she absolutely refused to sleep without and I still have it! She’s now 22 years old! Seems like yesterday.

Remember “pin the tale on the donkey” game? At my daughters camping, yes camping, for her Sweet Sixteen Birthday bash, she and her friends played old fashioned games, egg and spoon race, the sack race, they roasted marshmallows and the best of all “pin the tale on the lion”. I have a Lion King ornament that I hang on my Christmas tree every year to rekindle the memory. I was just talking skit his much I loved this movie. Lol! Awesome. I totally forgot we actually went to the theatre. Probably wearing white overall shorts too!

You Gus need another DVD player so me and Luke can have a movie night.
