But he can and does play with dolls, and trucks and in the mud.  My son was five and wanted to play with dolls because they are pretty unlike the men dolls who are ugly. I grew up wearing boy clothes, working on cars and playing in the mud now i know how to raise my son and teach him everything a man should know as he will be able to have tea parties with his baby girl if he ever has one or he can teach her everything i teach him.  I think people are afraid that if they allow their son to play with a doll it might make him less of a man or boy. Out of personal experience i would just like to say that my now ten year old loved playing with dolls when he was younger.

My husband who is a rough tough builder absolutely embraced him even surprised him with one or two but also made sure they kick the ball etc. And today he is a rough tough very caring little sports fanatic. There is nothing wrong with boys and dolls it is them just exploring their nuturing side and want to be a good daddy like dad. And the open trusting relationship he has with his dad is beautiful because of it. We have three boys. He was the one that loved dolls.

Each little boy is different but they all deserve to be embraced and their needs nurtured. Yeah, yeah whatever. Miss me with these lame euphemisms, lol! My son will never play with a doll! I played with dolls for the first 16 years of my life. Guess what? When i had my son, all the dolls in the world my parents bought me didn’t help me raise nor love my son. Caring, loving and nurturing was written in my heart.

Please open a child development book if you’re against boys playing with dolls and educate yourselves! It is developmentally appropriate for them to do so and they will turn out just fine!  My son dresses up in elsa dresses quite often with his younger sister, and also likes girly things. He is also doing his belts in kick boxing and loves tag rugby!! It’s only society that has made us think we should be one way and that’s it!. How about stepping out of the box and doing what makes us happy.

Maybe the world would be full of much happier people?!?. If you have an issue than i think you should start questioning yourself as a parent not you’re child .  People act like plying with a doll suddenly means your son wont grow up to be a man? I diddnt realise toy decided your sex i thought that was genetics. Actin all crazy cuz a boy plays with dolls but its ok if girls play with boys toys what does that say about society? That girls and boys need to be more manly and it looks weak to be feminine? Your teching your girls that they afe born wrong weak or less then a man simply because they are a girl. So what everything Cats Make Me Happy You Not So Much Shirt like is considered less then a boy?
