Then I selected best available with no pricing limit the seats that it gave me were not “great” seats which is what I would have gladly paid for had they shown up with.

The best available there are now tickets still available that are better than mine but they want me to pay the price they are listed at today (because they get higher as time goes on) two tickets next to mine are now over double the price I paid.

So I am posting this because I feel like what they did wasn’t right. To tell them $50 isn’t enough to be completely rude to someone to shut them up. Train your team better not meaning always give something away but be responsible and never treat your customers so poorly and act like I need to just take what I get regardless of how I’m treated and move on.

Ticketmaster gift card and insisted he couldn’t help me further he didn’t apologize and he did offer me a refund but my daughter who is sick and Taylor Swift is all she wants to see she looks up to her. I don’t for a second blame her as an artist but Ticketmaster is awful.

What does it mean if I didn’t have the money to even get the tickets at all, is it acceptable to say “poor people don’t get good concert seats” something that sounds fair? I did get my gift card in the mail and there was no apology, no offer of help in the future.
