Its funny no one is talking about why they’re protesting I read something earlier it’s said that saying that they’re protesting the flag is like saying Rosa Park was protesting public transportation. I am also free to dislike, disagree, and condemn this bullshit. Nothing more than a bunch pandering cowards who could not play the game much less fight for a country who protects that right. Not getting any sympathy from me. Go live in a third world country and stop spewing hate on mine. I appreciate your Central Intelligence Unicorn Always Be You Shirt. not a lot I can say in open forum as you know, but you and I don’t always agree. In this instance I can appreciate your take on kneeling vs standing debate. I will always stand because despite what issues I may or may not have, I believe the flag represents the struggles and triumphs of our predecessors. And for me, kneeling during paying respects to that doesn’t send a message that I’m upset about policy or social norms. If I want to protest those things, I would like to think I could find a constructive way to do so.

I also defend your right to protest, but do it on your own time, not when we the people are paying for you to perform. If I went to work, and started protesting instead of working, I’d be out of a job, or in the least suspended, disciplined or made to stop. Do I have a right to protest? Yes, of course! But there’s a time and a place for it! Dead horse again. I always stand (except at home). We disrespect the flag everyday without being conscious of it. Flag underwear, shirts, etc.. NFL Players have a right to “protest”. Oh waaa! I’m patriotic as hell but this kneeling nonsense is ridiculous. Its getting out of hand. Cut the anthem out and play on sigh.
