45 might even manage to make the Russia investigation go away, because without pressure from Republicans in the House and Senate, 45 can shut it down. Comey is already scheduled to testify before the senate Intel hearing, and in a closed session next week. So yes, it’s an indictable offense. Yes but is it? Really? Is there anyone around who will actually indict him? He seems to be getting rid of anyone who challenges him.

I think he knows. And I think he’s the source for a lot of the leaks, and eventually will be a witness. I don’t think he had any involvement in any collusion with Russia, but I do think he’s leaking info to the FBI and the media. And I don’t think Trump is smart enough to keep him out of it.
