Way too much balsamic vinegar is used & completely over powered the entire meal. I would try it again with HALF of the vinegars it call for & using a balsamic vinegar dressing instead of plain balsamic vinegar. This was really quite good and full of flavor. Actually better as leftovers. Used boneless thighs and breasts. Had no bay leaf but still great flavor. HA! It’s a recipe. You add cache to my everyday meals. Tell my kids who tease me about my cooking.

They tink I just add everything I find at the 99 CENTSONLY Store (they always have mushrooms, and usually my favorite criminis) into a pan of chicken or pork loin. I wouldn’t add flour, though. Why can’t I view recipes any more. Every time I click on picture , I get a blank page and sometime a bunch of coupons offers. Very frustrating !!! If someone is planning to make this dish soon will you please post a review on here. It looks delicious but I’m a little concerned about an over whelming flavor of vinegar. Thanks in advance .

I made a similar dish last week with pork tenderloin. It required vinegar as well but it cut the acidity with a Tablespoon of honey. I would think this would need something to lighten the acid from all that vinager. I have received 10 postings from 12 tomatoes yesterday. I wish they would cut back a little. It seems like that’s the only thing I’m getting lately. And the recipes are being recycled. I’ll keep looking at them at but 10 in one day is too much for me. some just heat them through in the pan they have cooked with like through the sauce to warm up not even cook in water like traditional moodles.

I want to make this. I have yellow and green squash. I don’t have that kind of slicer. Can I use a carrot peeler or a hand shredder and just make the slices that way? I made this tonight and it was AWESOME! Except I used angel hair pasta because Chris bought me a field cucumber when I sent him for zucchini. I made this tonight. It was delicious.
