I don’t know exactly how and when christmas is being used as a nonsense word. It would be “imagination’s day” or “delusional dreams’ day” but … Christmas? Really? John lewis going all christmassy yet their policy isn’t much to do with christian values but social engineering…..john lewis has removed gender labels from children’s clothing and no longer has separate boyswear and girlswear sections in its stores.

The change, made a year ago, has just come to light. It’s the first store to engage in such crass social engineering by going ‘gender-free’.  Lovely kid but not quite sure of the message ? Yeah, what the dems need right now is a high profile, guaranteed to fail effort to impeach. That’s way better than concentrating on their ground game and connecting with middle class voters ahead of the midterms.

Can’t this wait until the russia investigations are done so we can see if he’s actually done anything impeachable? Being a bigot and a sexist are not impeachable offenses, as our history clearly shows. This idea of greens makes dems look stupid, and it’s knee jerk and counter productive to all. No better than goofy tweets.

Please don’t rush this, trump is a clear and present danger and needs to be impeached, but please let’s get this right. We need to make sure there is no technicality that this slimy con man can worm his way out of. I’d rather that impeachment proceedings takes a few months longer and done right than rushed and botched. My concern is what will come out of the mueller investigations in the interim.

However, maybe this forced vote will have congress either fish or cut bait. The citizens have a right to know which legislators will go in record as ignoring all of trump’s dishonest behaviors, rather than insisting that no one, not even the president, is above the constitution.  With all due respect to my congressman (texas 9th), impeachment proceedings should come from republicans are at least have I Don’t Know Margo Sweater support. Otherwise, it comes across as petty politics and will go nowhere.  The gop will be left with nothing but its mindless trump base.
