If you could take your child to Rome or Paris and show them these historical, education and beautiful sites first hand and it can only happen during school days..do you turn that down?

You give your child that opportunity. They will learn alot from books and tests in school.. Don’t worry! The few days you give them to learn in person, up close, will teach them even more! And guess what? They’ll come back with facts they will NEVER learn if only from in a book!

My son had from a tiny little road trip across 4 states in his 1st grade year of school! And he attends an aerospace engineering magnet school.they are far from a lazy, no child left behind, babysitting school! I disagree with the father. First of all standardized testing must be taken under strict supervision and cannot always be scored later than the rest without a high fee to the district.

And second I would hope not everyone devalues education as much as this parent. Vacations to Boston can be taken anytime. This is exactly what is wrong with our society and then the schools and teachers are blamed. Children learn to value their school experience from the attitude toward it from their parents.

I’m sure the school guide outlined their Dragon Ball Z Workout Beast Shirt on this and was signed off on by the parent without reading it first. Think about what you are teaching your child by disregarding the policies of the school, devaluing the educational process and telling off the principal for enforcing the policy he was hired to enforce.
