I got a Samsung phone that’s a year old so I’d say it’s still pretty current. I was able to download the app but as it tries to download whatever is inside the app it says my device isn’t supported. How can that be when it’s Android? C’mon guys! You can do better than this!

Now i downloaded it and shared it on my phone cause i couldnt find it on Google play when it came to install it says ‘You haven’t purchased this app ‘ it brought tears to my eyes i was so happu that i could finally havr it

What the heck? I wasted my 300mb to download this piece of crap of app (not Taylor) only to see a dialogue box saying “your device is not supported”. It is not like my phone is not good, I got a Nougat version Android phone

We were very disappointed in the realities of ticket sales after all the hype on the “way that tickets would be sold differently by Taylor.” We followed the process and bought tickets based on our place in line on the Friday

Please note this did not work on my Esskeetit Shirt…telling me that my device is unsupported and I have Android 7.0 version on my phone. thanks just thought you should know….
