Someone can smoke a pack of cigarettes a day for 40 years and never have a single health problem…yet someone can eat a peanut and die…like i said…everyone is different. You do enough “studies” you will find out everything causes cancer or can kill people eventually. Like the article says, the chances of getting cancer are small. However, the chances of getting copd or other complications from smoking are very high.

Unfortunately people will use this article as justification for smoking – because “everything causes cancer”! We get most of our food from china now-how is this red meat a big deal? Have you seen what is fed to what we consume from there?!!!!!  I would say the danger ofred meat is due to the hormones and antibiotics given to the animals, and the pollutants in the water , grass and air.

How much of this is cause by monsanto chemicals??????.  So, does that mean we can’t eat meat in public restaurants, parks, federal buildings and in a car with helpless children at risk for 2nd hand pork?  In processed foods the link is thought to be additives such a nitrates. However in red meat the link is thought to be a glycation product called neu5gc which causes an inflammation response.

I saw this same report about bacon and it seems to me it’s mainly about pork products…. Conclusion world health organisation is trying to please muslims by getting pork removed from stores.  Therefore, i shoot, kill and process my wild game, beef we raise and have locally processed, pork we buy locally raised and have them deliver to our butcher to be locally processed. Problem solved.

Pry should quit smoking but i enjoy a smoke whilst.  I smoked most of my life i have lung cancer..been though radiation 39 treatments..been though hard cemo lost all my hair..but it’s growing back now..i have to get cemo every 3 weeks and weekly blood test…but i eat red meat and nothing else has happened..i will eat red meat till i die.
