I’m so disgusted with your customer service I have used nars for years and for the first time have a Funny OSPF Area 51 shirt defective product the packaging my brand new tinted moisturizer cap doesn’t stay shut it leaked all over my bag making an absolute mess called customer service as I live 20 miles each way from the store where purchased and was told I have to go back there to exchange absolutely ridiculous you don’t stand behind your product without inconveniencing the consumer so long because when I do return it it won’t be nars anymore much rather deal with companies with good customer service. Ahoy all last unicorn movie fans in or near pittsburgh here’s your advance notice the film will have multiple screenings at the row house cinema from friday august 12th through thursday august 18th showtimes aren’t set yet so you can’t buy tickets today but soon we’ll announce screening details once they are set meanwhile if you live in or near the neighborhood please spread the word the row house cinema is pretty cool also helping promote the shows and make them special will be pittsbugh’s own amazing rickert beagle books. I love the product but the company is impossible to deal with the website doesn’t function you can’t get through on the phone and I waited for an online chat for an hour rose to the top of the queue twice and then was booted down to position 39 and then 66 without being helped as soon as I do get through and I won’t give up i’ll be cancelling my subscription too bad
