I am trying to get this to you to maybe have something done about Ticketmaster. I spent months watching videos, using photo frames, sharing, downloading apps to be able to purchase tickets for me and my daughter only to be really had a number done on me by Graf Orlok Shirt

5 times the price of mine (and not that much closer) He said he could change my tickets level 1 for level 3 for the same price ….. I was disgusted. My daughter is such a hard worker good at school, amazing grades, has a great heart, has enough commitment to her sport (gymnastics) to go 20 hrs a week and still smile because she loves life! Your her favorite artist

and you make her feel just like a girl should!! Carefree, happy, and you made her love music! We love you and I know it is definitely not your fault but maybe tell Ticketmaster to get it together. Now I’m a mommy who can’t change things to make it better and it’s sad. Ticketmaster and there customer service actually made me cry and I quote… “poor people don’t get good seats” and this was someone from there resolution team!!!! Again I know it isn’t your fault I just hope TM gets it together!!

firstly they didn’t send me my Graf Orlok Shirt until 48 hrs late they sent me a two hour window and it was two days after that I got it. I emailed them twice to receive a response we have had an error hopefully your issue has been resolved. No help no offer of help and when I chose best available
