Yes he was wrong, but maintain perspective, his punishment fit his crime. The results of letting authority go to your head. A little authority in the hands of some is absolutely dangerous. This makes all police look bad and there are so many more good cops in comparison to bad cops. I totally agree with you, some people shouldn’t be allowed to be in a position of power because they will abuse it….and abuse his power on this nurse doing her job to help ppl and save lives makes it all the more sickening.

I sencerly hope if this cop is constantly doing vile things like this, he has a seat reserved for him in hell. Good and he should lose any bonuses; packages,pensions ect and those who tried to cover this up should also follow suit. This is where he should be made to pay compensation to the nurse who was cruelly treated for doing her job right. I’m from UK and there is an old saying “if only common sense was more common ” surely a person of basic intelligence can work out this situation without overreacting.

This is absolutely despicable behavior and you were a complete danger to the police force that you were representing. This abuse of power Has Got To Stop!!! The Officers who stood by and watched him abuse her right in front if them need to be held responsible for taking no action on her behalf!! Good point! A picture (video) is worth a 1,000 words! I know many cops, and turning another cop in without proof is a lot harder than you think; their word against yours without witnesses! There are good cops that turned bad cops in; sometimes at the expense of their careers or lives! Please don’t discredit all police officers because of abusive actions of a few. Have you ever worked in a company where a co-worker or someone in management was an a$$hole? Police Departments have the same problem!

Absolutely I have.
