Congratulations to both of you. I know how it feels to be an army mom. My son has been in for 3 years now. I am the wife of a retired sailor, and the aunt of two Army combat medics, one of who is finishing AIT this week at Fort Sam. My heart swells with pride, but wants to burst because I want to keep them safe always. Congrats to you and your son. A strong soldier has a strong family behind them.

That’s a beautiful picture! They really picked some great ones. My husband is at meeting our daughter.Thank you… My son is on his 3rd deployment in the Middle East but he will be returning soon….. Another year from home! Thank you to all who served and have served!Thank you for this song! My husband is currently deployed and when he returns, he will have spent a total of over 1400 cumulative days combat deployed. Our baby girls and I miss him terribly but are so incredibly proud of the man that he is!
Love Lady A! Great music and VDO. But Female Soldiers and warriors are under presented in the VDO. Not all Soldiers are men (as there are a few pictures of females Soldiers are shown here). There should be a music dedicated to Soldier who a also a mother, sister, wife, cook, driver, nurse, and more!It is an absolute honor to have our picture featured in this video. Thank you for honoring our nation’s heroes and their families!
Oh dang. I missed this. It’s been a journey for my family. My son has been in since 2015, 12 days after his 18th. I missed his graduation from basic because of a serious accident my daughter sustained ( breaks my heart even now). He gets to make it home a few times a year and I miss him daily. This is a struggle so many of us make. I have made great friends along the way….is my Army mom soul sister..lol. I’m Sick – I’m Punching Someone Shirt ..and I treasure every second I have my family together. I am so honored to be the mother of a brave soldier.
