This Easter, rather than being uncomfortable with our 5-year-old daughter’s growing interest in Jesus & Christianity, I have taken to engaging her in the Jesus And Superheroes Shirt aspects of the bible – and its links to superheroes.I love this. I have a 5yo boy who comes out with random Christian based facts he’s picked up from school and I always try to play it down being an atheist. Maybe I should follow your lead. Superheroes are big here too so it may just work!A good tactic. My daughter is fascinated by so many stories. I’ve told her the Jesus And Superheroes Shirt one alongside the Greek and Norse stories. Avoiding it is just about the worst thing to do. Context is great.

I took Latin in high school, a rarity in California, and my favorite part was learning about roman and Greek mythology. My girls’ education on religion so far is similar to learning myths, legends, and stories passed down. They know Jesus was a real man, but we don’t present anything else as fact. They are free to believe what they want. Interestingly, my six year old chooses to believe in heaven, but not god. Not sure how that works.I’m reading some history to my four year-old. She is pretty good at grasping most of the Jesus And Superheroes Shirt . Thank you! We are atheist but I think that knowledge and understanding of religion is important for our young people. I’ve been struggling to explain the Easter story to my 5 and 6 year old (it’s quite scary) and this is a really helpful teaching strategy. Thanks for sharing.but she’s having trouble with religion. The idea that people would believe in invisible beings living in the Jesus And Superheroes Shirt seems utterly alien to her.
