We were in a ‘sound blackshot’, we did not hear any of the words from your songs and when you spoke it was just an echo. Everyone around us had the same complaint. Friends of ours were there on the same night, sat in the stands and had perfect sound and enjoyed the show.We contacted the show promotor Livenation the day after the show and they asked for proof of our tickets, which I emailed to them. They got back to us on Friday, 2 weeks after we contacted them, acknowledging that there were some sound issues, but that they will not be refunding us or doing anything. Very disappointing as we read good stuff about you and the Love Aunt Heartbeat Leggings and were looking forward to a great evening. It was totally spoilt for us and your promotor.
