Seriously, you’re defending milk probably because it’s something you’re not willing to give up and you need to justify that..but dairy is 100% not something you need in your adult human diet, and actually if you look into it there is tons and tons of scientific research and evidence that proves that milk is actually not good for you. I suggest you do more research.
