There’s nothing wrong with being a little person, just as there’s nothing wrong with being plus sized. If one of my loved ones was a little person, I’d want them to know that Not All Heroes Wear Capes, Some Just Hold The Door Shirt , showing their body type as a punishment or curse, was wrong & inappropriate. While, politically & politely, we do not refer to people as dwarfs, people with dwarfism are not fictional characters. They’re real people, with real challenges, achievements, and are of value, like the rest of us.
Not All Heroes Wear Capes, Some Just Hold The Door Shirt, Hoodie, Tank top
I really appreciate all that you do for body positivity. I appreciate that you aren’t one to talk about “skinny bitches,” or in anyway suggest that one body is better than another. I believe that all bodies should be celebrated, and Not All Heroes Wear Capes, Some Just Hold The Door Shirt that you do to make women shaped like me, more acceptable in societies eyes (although, I’ll never look as great as you. My only point of comparison sadly ends us wearing the same sized clothes).
I hope you were only quoted in part, or that it was an oversight to not recognize the “dwarf” aspect as insulting.
Thanks again & best wishes in all that you do.
