The other thing is what if that were the case? who can we call for help against the police? You can’t call the police on the police because they all work together and are friends. So who do you call? I know it’s not Ghostbusters. I’ll defend the police in many of their actions, but definitely not here. Even when explained to him, he still chose the wrong course of action. Good that he is fired, and now I hope she takes civil action against him and the PD as well. The majority of the time they do a great job under trying conditions. Not this time though.

 

The other officers were as weak as piss too. Not a good look for any of them. I believe every security officer in that video including his partner should be terminated also. she called them to come in and protect her but they just stood there and let her get assaulted. but the thing is he must of done this before because he thought he was protected. he had nothing to do with what that patient did yet the cop was instructed to get that blood from the hospital. so there’s more to what going on and they aren’t telling us and the media is ignoring it and the only way were getting this info is because of social media and not the major news outlets.

It doesnt matter what else hoes with this. The officer wanted the blood, the patient could not consent and the officer had no warrant. End of discussion. I’m glad he lost his job. He gives his fellow officers a bad rap! I will say this as I also work in the ER….nurses, doctors, police and fire fighters are on the same team and this rarely happens. 99% of the time we all have each other’s back. It’s that 1% that needs to be weeded out. Finally justice is served, but the nurse should be compensated for the unnecessary and rough treatment from the police officer, she was 100% innocent.

This guy is dangerous having so much power behind him. Someone will end up getting hurt or even worse. He seems to lack discipline and be on a power hungry frenzy! Finally! A police officer was held responsible for his poor judgement and his abuse of authority. Now, if only we could get the ones who use unnecessary force or shot to kill unarm citizens the same treatment, we just might see the relationship between police and citizen improve. Thank goodness there are still those officers who we can look at and say thank you for what you do.

BUT don’t forget he may be supporting a family. We need to temper our anger over what he did. He’s being punished.
