Horrible customer service I message them on facebook wanting to know why my free gift with purchase wasn t in my order when I receive the email confirmation I was told it was one or the other and when I said that I was not happy with that and asked how to counsel and order it they want to head and just completely cancel my order without confirming that that s what I wanted to do when I called customer service I basically got the whole same answer sucks to be you I spent a Premium Guitar You would be loud too if i were fingering you shirt lot of money on beauty supplies.
