I ve been using your diapers for four years and absolutely loved the quality and look I m so disappointed in the new and improved diapers they seem so cheap I loved that the old diapers never puffed up sagged or leaked but the new ones start puffing up and sagging shortly after putting them on and don t get me started on how many leaks blowouts we ve had since we got the shipment I feel like target s up up brand diapers are better quality compared to these and they re a Pretty Nike Pink Just Sing It shirt fraction of the price it s so tough to pull the plug on a product I loved for so many years but I feel a little betrayed especially given that not only has the quality been drastically reduced but less come in the bundle I d send a message email or call with my concerns but after reviewing others comments it doesn t seem like I ll have much luck with a response. Hi honest co as a bundle subscriber i’ve historically been pleased with your products and customer service however my most recent bundle arrived with the completely wrong size of diapers 3 sizes too small and missing training pants now I have paid for diapers that I can’t use and had to go to the store to spend more money on diapers and training pants which completely negates the convenience of subscribing to monthly bundles I called customer service and did not reach anyone I emailed customer service on sunday and it’s now thursday and i’ve heard nothing please let me know how you’re going to fix this asap i’m very disappointed in this turn of events
