How can you deny something like that, when it’s in black and white. If he can watch this sort of thing because he’s an adult, what about watching it at work, when you’re supposed to be working. Huge wage paid for by the Tax Payers to sit there & watch porn… if they’re not sleeping in the House of Commons they are masturbating at our cost… there was that high up Labour womans (can’t remember her name) husband who was hiring porn films and charging it to her expenses…. the whole lot of them are draining our country. My question here is, why has this man come out with these claims now? Is to follow a political agenda, is it to try to make money or what. Also, how can these claims be proved or disproved after all this time. Are there any “Victims” to come forward, are there any physical records of what was on the computer etc, or are we now supposed to take his word for what was found on the computer? For a former policeman to be talking about it now, after almost a decade since the seize, just seems very odd.

Come on how many people take their home laptop to there work, I used to it had personal stuff on it as well as work stuff, if it’s not illegal then he should be sueing the beeb & anyone else involved it isn’t legal then it’s down to the dpc to charge him simple, nothing to do with anyone else PERIOD. Maybe should have saved this viewing till he got home BUT, the porn doesn’t involve children nor animals, its videos of consenting adults, all legal..where’s the problem!

Some unknown “retired” police officer comes out of the shadows and says he found porn on Damien Green’s computer 10 years ago….. Is he telling the truth? Is he lying? Has he got an axe to grind? Is he making it up? Has he gone nuts in his retirement? Meanwhile the BBC, who have no idea of the truth, spread this gossip over the world’s media. It’s a bit late in the day to be talking about the material allegedly found on the work laptop. Something should have done at the time.

Just pathetic. Ok probably shouldn’t have done it on a work computer but I wonder how many times these two guys have viewed this ‘shocking’ stuff.
