I adopted a 9 year old cat from my humane society. He lived with me for 16 years until he died in his sleep at age 25. Senior cats/dogs have a lot of love and life left in them. Adopted this lady, roxy. Age 5 at adoption, now 7. Love her to pieces. She picked us, just perched on our lap. Sleeps on my head. Brings me dead gifts, some times alive.

The queen of the house, roxy. This is my senior cat, ben who’s 10 yrs old. Rescued him and his brother (who died 2 yrs ago) when they were 5 weeks old. I guess you can say that ben & i are growing old together! Wouldn’t trade him for anything in the world!!! I have a scottish fold from the scotland and i have the tuxedo from here in roseburg. They were both abandoned after mom died.

They were 5 when i got them and were raised as indoor cats, so they’re 11 now. They’re lazy as can be the other three are maybe a year younger and they are outside all the time in or outside all time. I adopted a 5 r old cat with special needs and he is the sweetest little furballs. I live when he pulls my hand over when he sits next to me on the sofa so he can lay his head on my hand.  I adopted my senior kitty general jaspurr jackson at 18.

He has been with me for about 6 weeks and is doing wonderful. I can’t imagine my life with out this old dude. Senior cats are wonderful and sometimes they come with neat surprises… My last senior kitty used the freakin toilet!! Let’s see a kitten do that! Older cats, men, wine, can´t beat it. My Rick Morty Pickle Rickmas Xmas Shirt was 3 when she came to her forever home, now we´ve been together 19.5 years, what relationship lasts that long?  I love senior cats!
