I emailed them twice to receive a Rubber Duck Kris Kristofferson Shirt we have had an error hopefully your issue has been resolved. No help no offer of help and when I chose best available they didn’t even offer me the best seats!! I wanted this to be amazing for my daughter and I wasn’t above spending a good amount at the time I purchased them so I called to see what could be done and the tickets that at the time of purchase weren’t as much as they currently are and they wouldn’t help at all they offered me a $5 credit to buy tickets 5 times the price of mine.

I am trying to get this to you to maybe have something done about Ticketmaster. I spent months watching videos, using photo frames, sharing, downloading apps to be able to purchase tickets for me and my daughter only to be really had a number done on me by Ticketmaster firstly they didn’t send me my code until 48 hrs late they sent me a two hour window and it was two days after that I got it.

Guy touches her butt she sues for a dollar, then robs her fans on ticket prices. The only kids that get to go see her are families that have the extra money laying around, not regular joes trying to support a family on a normal income in today’s every expensive world.

Doesn’t seem to really align to all of the hype and commentary about ensuring those fans that registered would have the best possible options.  I’m not paying that just so I can see her the size of an ant playing on stage where I’ll have to watch the Jumbotron to see anything anyway! Taylor is cray cray.

However, a few days later, tickets were then announced on Ticketmaster and when we checked, there were so many more available options and seats in much better locations. We unfortunately didn’t buy them since we already had the tickets bought.

It is very disappointing that Taylor made such a big deal about the way in which her fans were going to get tickets and it didn’t happen. Why would Taylor communicate all Rubber Duck Kris Kristofferson Shirt that she did to then have Ticketmaster have better tickets at regular prices so her fans who followed the process actually didn’t have the best possible seats?
