by the resolution team rep this is literally after I spent $300+ on two tickets and would have spent more that day when selecting best available and they gave me the tickets I purchased after they sent my code about 1hr 30 min AFTER my two hour window started, a code I worked for spending months watching Taylor Swift videos, making of videos, ordering merchandise, sharing on Facebook and Twitter to earn points to get a “fan code” I sent an email to Ticketmaster

48 hours I got an email saying we had a glitch hopefully your problem has been resolved they didn’t ask if it was or ask if they could help. The day I purchased tickets if there had been better seats offered to me I wasn’t above spending more on them. The three people I spoke with including the “resolution team” rep I was offered tickets 2 levels worse for the same price and they could waive the $5 fee. I wasn’t asking for better tickets for free, I wanted tickets priced the same as they were the day

I purchased them. They would only offer seats at the price they are now even though they admit to the glitch. To put it in perspective the tickets next to me are more than double the price they were that day. After I refused to speak additionally with any other rude reps I asked for someone to call me who could possibly help and not be disrespectful. I will admit it made me cry. In one call I was called poor, uneducated with the way ticket sales go, and basically ignored l for off the phone 2 days later a gentleman called me I told him what was said

and he really wasn’t shocked. He offered me again worse seats for a higher price but he would waive the service fees and the $5 change fee. After saying I was going to post this he offered me a $50 Ticketmaster gift card and insisted he couldn’t help me further he didn’t apologize and he did offer me a refund but my daughter who is sick and Taylor Swift is all she wants to see she looks up to her. I don’t for a second blame her as an artist but Ticketmaster is awful. What does it mean if I didn’t have the money to even get the tickets at all, is it acceptable to say “poor people don’t get good concert seats”
