One angry little girl is Vicky especially as she feels the Sassenach Dragonfly Shirt to keep repeating herself over and over again.  As a singer in a choir I fully understand; I have no need to express anything other than sorrow that Adele has damaged her vocal chords and can’t perform. I’m gutted for her and all of us who were due to see her but some things in life can’t be helped. Fingers crossed she recovers. She did 121 shows. Spare me. She deserves rest. Complaining here on Facebook about a concert you didn’t even buy tickets to does nothing.

I hate to break it to you, but she has a lot of control over preventing these types of vocal injuries. Technique, proper warm ups, not smoking, I feel bad that her voice is once again in shambles but as a vocalist and musician myself it isn’t looking good for her to be already going through this type of thing again. I wish her a well recovery, but this time something has to change.

Devastated as I had tickets for my Partener and myself for Saturday had holidays booked in at work, travel and hotel all booked but it’s just one of those things, I’m just hoping the shows are rescheduled, I would be happy waiting a year even hope your better soon. This is so old. Yet people still commenting. Look how long ago this was. So much has happenned since.

I’m sure I did not intend this response to Linda Cheek-Noland. Must have posted to the wrong comment as if anyone reads what I said and what Linda said, you’d see we’re saying the same thing. So must have been an error to the wrong comment. My comment was not to you. Must have been some mistake in posting.

Now that was class. No performer should end up with permanent damage. Time to reconsider how a tour is scheduled from beginning to end. More rest in between sets and farther between. Much luck with your recovery Adele. America loves you. It is a dissapointment, but, use the opportunity to have a nice visit together with your family.

Of course we all only want the best for Adele & adore her, but Sassenach Dragonfly Shirt is so ludicrous and disrespectful for all of us who have scrimped, saved & traveled internationally for this show to find out about cancellation through social media!!! My mom & sister have flown from New York for this concert- a once in a lifetime event that they’ve saved for, all hotels booked & nonrefundable. Not a word to those of us who actually spent the £ on these tickets from Adele’s fan club she used to sell tickets, Songkick or Wembley. So disappointed.
