After she passed away many people rented it as their home and loved it. My parents bought one, it was made by Schultz. It was 2 bedroom, front living room, kitchen, then middle bedroom with bunk beds that you had to walk through to get to bathroom then the rear bedroom.

We lived in Ohio and W.V before moving to Fl. Then we lived in it till I was about 10 yrs.old, and mom wanted a bigger place. Original color was steele grey blue and ivory white. After moving to Fl. Dad decided to paint it. Yellow trimmed in white. Came out great. Walls were knotty pine wood with tile floors. Mommy kept walls polished constantly and waxed floors.
I remember a friend telling everybody that if they came to our house you could see yourself in the walls because everything was so shiny! Miss that trailer. That’s when they were built to last, unlike now.It is awesome, I would take it to live in for sure. It is cool looking. My In laws lived in one like this after the big old farm house burned. Bought the trailer to live in at the farm until the new home could be built.

My parents bought a Anderson mobile home that could have been the big brother to this one the inside looked just like this one except ours had 2 bedrooms and was not a camper my dad bought some land and built an addition on to it and that is what we lived in until my dad died in 1993… Looking at these pictures brought back some great childhood memories… People today have campers bigger than the home I grew up in.
Reminds me of the long long trailer with Lucy and desi….love that show would love to have this just the way it is and I would live in it in the summer up in mackay idaho. That looks like a Spartan trailer … We had a 1954 that was laid out the same in the living room and bedroom and we lived in it as “snow birds” … Towed it between NJ and Florida with our Chevy and when we sold it in the 70’s it still looked new.
We had one like this when was young (late 50s). We used to take it to Higgens Lake state park. Towed it with our car. My mom drove it. To her it was the same as driving one of our farm vehicles. This wasn’t a “camper”. Shark Ugly Christmas Sweater. This was an actual trailer people lived in. I know this because my mom and dad lived in one like this when I was born in 1955.
