I normally have airline chicken breasts it’s a tad fancier and the bone attached keeps the meat a little bit more moist than detached. French trimming your chicken drum sticks is always a great way to present the meat. Why don’t you take the wishbone out? You can get more breast meat then, as you can cut straight through instead of cutting round the wish bone. It’s really sad that more people don’t investigate more the kitchen , anyone can make a meal out of nothing if they put interest ,

There are far too many pre cooked meals available which makes some people very lazy , in these days of hard ship for many families if they tried to cook from scratch they would be eating much more healthier and also cheaper for their pocket .
