I agree! There’s nothing worse than bland chicken! I season the chicken with Sonoma Strong Shirt and then season the flour with the other seasonings like pepper, garlic powder, onion powder etc. I want that right now. I am one of the many working poor here in America and only get to eat once a day…and, it’s usually crap food…all I can afford. What I wouldn’t do for a piece of golden fried chicken. Damn…it sucks being poor and having to eat shit. I think should season the buttermilk as well, depending on how much chicken frying, may come out bland based on the herbs used here..looks good though.

So basically you asshats grabbed the 11 most commonly used spices in the kitchen and then decided to call it “secret 11 herbs and spices”?. No, It’s not about people not knowing how to season meat. It’s called secret because this is another attempt to duplicate KFC’s trade secret 11 herbs and spices recipe. No one outside of KFC supposedly knows the exact herbs, spices and quantities of each used. ive just seen this…why me damn it?! I’ll probably burn them to a crisp and the inside will somehow end up being raw…and we all know how nice medium rare chicken is.

Stop y’all. i prefer pan frying, yes, but if i was thinking about pan frying, i would say that one tenth would be necessary, not half….i just saw that the oil was like 3 to 5 cm above the chicken, pointless even for deep fry, doesn’t need to be sooooo deep…..but yes, pan fry is healthier, because you use the oil only once and then you throw it away….i cant imagine people throwing away 3 bottles of oil after one deep frying….and using it again after few days would be gross.

Let me tell u a good seasoning recipe for fried chicken: Chili powder, cayenne pepper parsley garlic powder oregano paprika dried thyme then obviously flour and buttermilk. Best fried chicken ever.

I still wouldn’t eat it! Let shit marinate for a while before cooking it; white folks just season then cook 2 mins later and seasoning to them is salt and pepper. Sorry, not me. I season everything. I add hot sauce and spices to the buttermilk. Highly season the flour and then use that flour to make my gravy. I also flour the chicken twice for very crispy delicious fried chicken. i can’t believe the audacity off this anger being let out. This is the first time i’ve ever seen more than just salt and Sonoma Strong Shirt. let alone y’all used all the damn seasoning in the seasoning isle!
