Turns out that broke other things, so rather then fix it, they took it out. They just got the capabilities to record 4k on a previous version of their phone, but Android could do 4k recording long before. It’s more about what their hardware can handle, which wasn’t much. I have a friend that dropped her new iPhone on a towel and it cracked the screen which is going to cost over $100 to fix. I’ve never experienced such a thing on any of my Android phones.  Christina Gonzales, I agree that the iPhone’s camera isn’t the best. It’s an amazing camera and I am more than happy with what it can do. However with the new iPhone 7 rumors surrounding the camera that might change.

However the reason they don’t do touch screens on a laptop yet are a few reasons. Apple uses a glass screen. Glass is notoriously known as a finger magnet no matter what you coat it with. Until they can find a way to make it less attracted to fingerprints they might hold off on it. It’s a laptop, it’s basic function isn’t to be a touchscreen anyways. They also have an iPad lineup that packs power if you really want a touchscreen. Apple prefers a cleaner look. That sometimes isn’t always convenient and I won’t argue that point although it’s a very minute point. You can just save things in your tab bar or Pin it on your tab bar and go to it directly.

Apple held out on 4k so they could perfect it. Apple isn’t always about doing it first. And android phones come out almost every month. Apple has a yearly cycle to the market. Their was no reason for Apple to include 4k so early as it wasn’t really a big thing and thus wouldn’t of made a difference. Just like OLED screens have been on Android for a while, Apple has been secretly working on their own OLED screen for years trying to make it better. current OLED displays are prone to burn in and they have a shorter life span and can cause battery drain.

Apple watch is the number one selling smartwatch on the market. And no, they didn’t add many of the features android watches have because they don’t NEED to. You can’t fit a nice camera on a watch, why make something that takes grainy photos? And a phone on your wrist? So you can be charged even more on your data for something in your pocket? Also again those are a range of watches, most standalone android watches have one extra feature or another. Yet surprisingly they can’t compete.

It’s also not waterproof for various reasons and again wait till the S7 which should be water proof. the S6 got rid of waterproofing and brought it back. This is Apple perfecting the technology. Most waterproof phones have ugly gaskets you have to plug. I’ll admit the S7 did it which is great but also they came out after the iPhone 6s. the iPhone 7 is still to be released. I rather not have a phone full of bloatware and is more perceptive to viruses. I like a phone that’s clear, a company that protects my privacy doesn’t sell my information for ads.
