I might be too sceptical, but i don´t feel they are kneeling due to people being shot – and if they are, what is actually being done to change things with them kneeling? These Stephen King’s Bitch Shirt can do anything else but choose to do it during a time when they should be reflecting to old glory..do your peaceful protests some other way, i think that’s what is being said..

Blatantly pandering to both crowds while achieving nothing. Either kneel during the anthem, or don’t. Anything else is just window dressing. Now this. This i love. Kneeling before the anthem starts. Then standing and linking arms when the national anthem is played. Good for them.

Hoping people realize by now that this peaceful protest has nothing to do with flags and songs and everything to do with inequality and the bully in the white house. Kudos to all for having the courage to defy him. This is just right, take a knee before the anthem. Do not disrespect the anthem. If your employer allows to do it at work good for them.

Not coming out, shameful, the lone steeler, good for him . I give you a thumb up for your freedom of expression but use the first amendment to protest by elect your representatives that have your views, work within your country democratic systems to make changes you don’t like but to use the country ‘s flag as a protest is plain lazy way of expressing yourself.

The other way has more work to change things instead of expressing your dissatisfaction. Serious question: if kneeling *before the anthem* also gets you boo’ed, doesn’t that suggest that opposition to kneeling was never about the anthem? Before the anthem being the key part of their action.

They made the choice to do it tastefully and respectfully. That’s a move i can get behind. Many, like me, fully support, believe in & condone the right & need to protest- but have the Stephen King’s Bitch Shirt to do it apart from something as sacred as the national anthem.
