It is just like every other job in the world, the employers hire who they choose.

Just because u’re qualified, it doesnt mean u’re entitled to the job. If u are a body positivity warrior and love urself, u dont need to shade this brand for excluding plus size.  Honestly, that’s just lazy. I can only make one size clothing for one size “hanger” because there is only one size person in the entire universe that can wear clothing and fashion the way it was meant to display.

Oh. Ok then.  I’ll say it again, because clearly people still don’t grasp it. Models are chosen with the garment in mind. Designers want their garments to look true to design. Models act as walking hangers for the garments.This means that if a garment is designed for a small frame (as it is in this case with Victoria’s Secret), a model with a small frame will be chosen. It’s all about how the garment looks.
