My dad lost his dog of 14 years and bought one from a breeder online and was ripped off. I loaded up my GMC Jimmy with about 50 blankets and took them to the shelter. Everyone can spare a blanket.

Wish that I could adopt more but right now house is full with a small mix a medium rat terrier and a Shepard mixed with boarder collie love to donate or work at a shelter just love animal all kinds of animals also have chickens goats and rabbits. If I could afford it I would adopt everyone of these babies! I already have 4 babies and one of them stay sick all the time so my husband said we can’t afford another one! This is exactly how I came to adopt my 2 felines. My last kitty developed untreatable cancer at the age of 14.

After mourning her for a couple of weeks I gathered up her things along with my old towels and took them to a local shelter to donate them. While there a tiny, fluffy kitten with huge eyes crawled up the front of me perched on my shoulder and began giving me little kitten kisses on the side of my face.
