Unlike babies they never progress they return to a state that they are totally dependent on some one. The thing is we just don’t know how difficult and expensive it is to care for the elderly its like having a child that never can care for themselves and although it is emotionally heartbreaking..

We tried keeping her home as long as possible but finally had to put her in a nursing home.
