Because there’s no way it’s hooked up to the grid and someone has been paying the electric bill all these years. just like any outdoor light these lights can be wired into the nearest light pole and wouldnt be noticed . The fact that there is working lights means nothing. This guy just likes to explore a lot and he stumbled upon this :d he even said how. As for the power, the bunker was in the industrial area of the city he was in, so it was probably hooked up somewhere, and the power wires or whatever connects there isn’t visible.

Greg Packebush the lights would have been left on if you think the electric bill was high. Maybe for a few years it would have been high then all back to normal. Explain the fact that what appeared to be newspaper clippings had their own lights shining on it. Doesn’t matter how important they are, no safe house would waste space/electricity on something like that. these sorts of bunkers always creeped me out. we had one very similar right next to my school where I grew up, in Russia. it was underground, with very steep metal steps going down.

The door was always locked, but as kids we, of course, found a way to get inside. after hearing extremely weird noises coming from one of the tunnels, none of us stayed long enough to find out what it was. steps didnt seem as steep and long running back up, scared poopless. they ended up turning it into a night club around ’00.  Its a fake set or something the transition of the 2 areas 15 seconds in proves it. In the darkness you can see some objects but than it moves to a guy sitting on the ground in an untouched area.

Why did the guy turn off the lights and use a flashlight at the end of the video lol? It’s not even a real video.. at any time in the video where the guy puts his arm out. Pause the video and look at his hands. He has a gopro on a head mount which is why you can see both his hands if that’s what you’re referring to. He probably turned off the lights to add cinematic effects to his video. It looked to me like buddy started it like that to make it more theatrical, that clearly wasnt the first time he had been down there. “Its not even a real video” Are you stupid wtf did you just watch then?

It doesn’t look as a house at all. it looks like typical acting military shelter, with electricity working, the posters on the walls are written in russian, so it’s from there and it’s not abandoned, just in reserve. Why you all had to play creepy music during this….anyhow, this looks awesome and huge. I would so buy this. I’m big into decorating and good at it too, I’d spruce it up in no time. I dident know there were so many pros at under ground bunker recognition we’re is this school and how much to attend. Everyone and there cunty ass opinions it was cool looking accept it and move on who cares if it’s a movie set its still cool that a person built that wether out a cardboard or dirt and concrete.

Oh btw if you can pause when you can see the writing- it’s actually Ukrainian language so I would say a kid or a young teacher just opened up a school bomb shelter where the kids have their lessons sometimes in subjects such as military preparation and shit like that . Nothing special.  pretty interesting. Can’t really tell if it is real or not. The papers mounted on the walls are very white though and they seem to be written in Roman alphabet and not Cyrillic but I can’t read them anyway so no clue as to when they are supposed to be from, real or not.
