She’s obviously starved of nutrients and lacks general cognitive thought processes, and maybe just not right in the head. She’s just not evolved enough. A Vegan diet provides insufficient nutrition for the human body. Genetically we are designed to eat virtually everything that lives on earth.

Finding excuses to justify a vegan diet is absurd because all you’re doing is lying to yourself. Vegan diet causes lack of bone density which means your bones break easily.

Our bodies can’t recover from it and it can be deadly. I personally know of a family who gave their children no alternative and their son broke his arm twice in elementary school from just falling down.

Im not vegan. Im a meat and potatoes girl but even i know than a vegan diet doesn’t consist of just fruits and nuts! I have friends and family who are vegan and their kids are all super healthy and good weights/heights!
