Pennywise The Dancing Clown Shirt

He actually doesn’t look scary in Pennywise  The Dancing Clown Shirt on a still image , but after watching the film last night I can definitely say thatthe way he is portrayed terrifying, through all thecamerawork/effects/sounds/editing. It sucks they cant even come up with a good horror anymore … its just jump scares i havent seen a good horror in over a decade.If he looked scary he wouldn’t be able to lure children/adults to their untimely death.

Yeah saw the movie tonight, thought it was good and yeah wasn’t really scary and the director seemed to be really influenced by Stranger Things which was a shame, he set it in Pennywise The Dancing Clown Shirt when it should have been set in the 50s – I know this was done to appeal to younger audiences but Jesus, stick to the book that’s why you’re making the film in the first place…I found Pennywise in the film version not scary, he just had a face I wanted to punch  Obvs people haven’t seen the new film. At first I didn’t think he was gonna be as scary but then I saw the film last night and I was very much surprised at how scary he was, The new pennywise isn’t scary. I watched the film last night & he’s too much of a cutie! He speaks in a really cute voice & he has chubby cheeks! The original is much scarier!
