Beautiful outcome. I would say they are dentures or implants. She may have had oral surgery also. Braces and cosmetic surgery is ridiculously expensive and dentists should perform stuff like this for free or at a really discounted cost. Government assistance dental is a joke….. Daruan, i think the hostile comments are really uncalled for. And it’s really not appropriate to make a generalization about her character. Is it true that some folks get a big head when their life changes? Yes. But it’s also true that when people experience a blessing like this after so much hardship they become more sensitive to the situation of others and show them the compassion that others never showed them.

It’s amazing how cruel people can be and how much pain a stranger can cause.
