I’ll eat what i want. Cow farts ruin the climate and meat gives us cancer. Eat more chicken. Sounds like a commercial.  Wrong. Buy quality meat and you are fine. It’s the crap in the meat. Uncured bacon , animal meat from animals that are fed what they are suppose to eat and live like they are suppose to live and you are perfectly fine. Also most cancer only develops in combination with a high carb/ high sugar diet.

They left that fact conveniently out. Ya know, i get the whole red meat has animal fat which causes cholesterol issues; however, mankind has been eating red meat since they got kicked out of the garden… Processed meats cause cancer, yep… Other red meat??

Why all of the sudden does red meat cause cancer?  I find some of this very bs. If eating red meat is this bad for you then how did the human race survive cause through out history people ate much more red meat. 200 years ago some meals were only red meatWe put pesticides all over fruits and vegetables because we are too vain to buy a tomato with a blemish!

This is not rocket science!  I saw this segment and it was annoying. There was little fact and info and a lot of sensationalism. You can’t just make a blanket statement about all meats and say they cause cancer. Stop carelessly doing these kind of segments unless you’re going to educate people on what is in the processed meat that actually causes cancer.

It’s not the meat, it is the nitrites, nitrates, gluten, and all of the added fillers and chemicals. There are choices out there that do not contain these things. Inflammation is a Undefeated Hide And Seek Shirt to cancer as well. Likening meat consumption to smoking is ridiculous.
