So I spoke with my Veterans Service Officer yesterday about a claim I’d submitted back in 2014. He noted I’d contacted my Congressman a number of times and told me every time I do that someone runs down, gets the file, then lets the Congressman know its status. When it is returned, it is put on the bottom of the pile!
