hey everyone Tristan back with another video andin this video we are taking a Metallica Peanuts Snoopy 70th Anniversary 1950 2020 Charles M Schulz Thank For The Memories look at the special edition Timex Marlin watch with Snoopy at the six o’clock as you can see right there. it’s the peanuts editionthis is a special edition watch that’s no longer being produced. but you can still find them for a relatively you know low price on ebayso check the description field for a link to that the story behind this watch is in October 2018 timox we released or released a sort of an Amish watch to the 1940s called the Timex Marlin and that would be without the Snoopy. so it would just be the dial the plain dial without Snoopy and it came in a couple of different colorsyou know the dial they had a gold and black one you know with the black dial. then they have just a plain old black and silver one they also have a plum color kind of a purple color dial and things like thatso the Marlin watch retailed for about two hundred fifty dollars and it was a watch that really hearkened back to a 1940’s design. so they kind of went retro and broughtyou know. that watch back the non special editionone has a date at the three o’clock.

. just kind of cover the fuchal leather like material and then inside it saysthe timings Marlin automatic. and then you’ve got a little Peanuts comic strip right hereas well you know Snoopy and peanuts have a long history of aviation and there’s even a Omega Speedmaster. I think the Apollo 11 version special edition there’s a Metallica Peanuts Snoopy 70th Anniversary 1950 2020 Charles M Schulz Thank For The Memories special edition Snoopy version as wellso Snoopy it also has made appearances on all the watches. and you know it’s the kind of a cool thing and this watch kind of flies on the radarbut at the same time it’s a little bit of a conversation piece. so let me go ahead and put this on my wristso you can see what it looks like on wrist. alrightso this is what it looks like on wrist and as you can see you know. the 40 millimeter is just perfect even on my sort of slightly thin wristand I just think it’s a very attractive watch. and it kind of again as a dress watch will sort of fly under the radar a little bit and also doesn’t take itself too seriously which is something that I really likeyou know given the fact that it has Snoopy on there definitely a cool automatic watch for the price and even if you have to pay more than retail.
